Four seats together. Section 408 is upper gallery, which at Sphere is a good place to be: the screen wraps around and above you, and the upper bowl takes in the whole thing rather than sitting underneath it.

Load the tickets before you leave. Add all four to Apple or Google Wallet at home, and transfer Angie's and Lauren's tickets to their own Ticketmaster accounts ahead of time. Cell service around a sold-out Sphere is congested, and nobody wants to be re-downloading a barcode in the entry line.

Getting There

From Caesars Palace to Sphere

Sphere sits behind The Venetian on Sands Ave, on the east side of the Strip. Caesars is on the west side and further south, so it is roughly 2 miles on the walkable route, realistically 35 to 45 minutes on foot with the pedestrian bridges and the long indoor stretch through The Venetian.

It is August. Evening temperatures commonly sit near 100°F well after sunset. Treat the full walk as a choice, not the default.

Option 1 · Recommended

Ride there, walk back

Rideshare before the show, then walk back through the air-conditioned Venetian afterward. Skips the post-show surge pricing and the exit queue, which is the genuinely painful part.

Option 2

Monorail

Flamingo/Caesars Palace station to Harrah's/The LINQ, then walk to The Venetian and through to Sphere. Still a walk on both ends, and the station itself is a hike from the Caesars rooms.

Option 3

Walk both ways

Fine if the group is up for it. A good chunk is indoors through The Venetian. Wear real shoes, not new ones.

Timing

6:00 PM

Eat before, not after

Everything near Sphere is slammed pre-show and worse post-show.

Leave Caesars

Earlier if walking. Rideshare pickup at Caesars can take a while on a Saturday.

7:15 PM

Arrive at Sphere

Security screening plus the sheer scale of the building means 45 minutes early is not overkill.

8:00 PM

Showtime

Get in early enough to see the pre-show visuals. They are part of the experience.

~10:30 PM

Out

Expect a slow exit. The whole venue leaves at once.

Sunday morning reality check. The flight home leaves at 11:57 AM, so bags should be packed before heading out to the show. Saturday night can run late; Sunday morning cannot.
