Give the driver the flight number (DL0722 in), not just a time, so the pickup tracks the actual landing. Also confirm where at LAS Terminal 1 to meet: rideshare goes to the parking garage, but limos and car services have their own designated pickup area, and the two are not in the same place.
Time zones. Las Vegas is Pacific, three hours behind Atlanta. The outbound looks like a 1-hour flight on the clock and the return looks like 7 hours; both are really about 4.
