Starting points, not a fixed plan
Verify before you count on it. Vegas restaurants open, close and change hands constantly. Treat everything here as a shortlist to check on OpenTable or the property's own site, not a confirmed booking.

🍽️Bacchanal BuffetThe big-name Vegas buffet. Expensive, enormous, and there is usually a line unless you book a time slot in advance.Best for a late, slow breakfast
🔥Gordon Ramsay Hell's KitchenRight on the Strip-facing side. Reservations go fast; walk-ins at the bar are more realistic.Book ahead if you want it
🥩SteakhousesCaesars has several at different price points. This is the classic "one nice dinner" move for a Vegas trip.Good Friday night option
🍜Quick and casualThe Forum Shops food options and the casino-floor cafés cover the "we just need to eat something" gaps without a reservation. No planning required
Walking distance
🛍️The Forum ShopsAttached to Caesars. Full range from counter service to full restaurants, all indoors and air conditioned. The heat-avoidance option
⛲BellagioDirectly across the Strip. Worth combining dinner with the fountains and the conservatory.Cross via the footbridge
🇫🇷Paris / Horseshoe / The LINQAll within a short walk east and south. The LINQ Promenade is open-air, so save it for after dark.Evening
🎭The VenetianNorth and across. Since it is the walk-through route to Sphere anyway, it is the natural place for Saturday's pre-show dinner.Saturday, before the show
Saturday · pre-show
Eat around 6:00 PM, and eat before rather than after. Post-show, everything within walking distance of Sphere absorbs a full arena's worth of people at once. Anywhere in The Venetian works well since it is on the way in.
Drink water. Not a throwaway line. Between 100°F+ days, dry desert air, alcohol and a lot of walking, dehydration is the single most likely thing to spoil a day here. Keep a bottle in the room and refill it.
